Working Principle
It consists of a round housing in which a drum with screwed ribs is mounted .The ribs have a certain torsion in order to convey the grain from the inlet to the out let. Due to the high speed of the rotor the wheat and the water are intensively mixed with each other. In passage unto 5% water can be added. The water metering is done by means of a flow meter or a water wheel dampner.

OPERATION :
Grain and fresh. Water are delivered together into the machine.The grain and water mixture. The grain and water mixture is taken place by the special Rotor and causing a uniform and intensive blend.
